Game changer for your health?

Drinking about a gallon of water a day and eating raw veggies. I struggled with back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, bloated tummy after each meal, headaches, and was very prone to getting colds and flus. Since my dietary change to a mostly raw, high carb, low fat diet, I have not gotten the flu or the cold, and my aches and pains have all disappeared. I feel amazing. A couple musts for me are: organic foods and good water.

Life inspiration hacks!

I love to share and collaborate with others and that keeps me inspired to do better every time. One of the things I love doing is visualizing my day: how it’s gonna go, what tasks I’ll finish, which ones I’m gonna delegate to my husband (laundry and vacuuming… lol), food dishes I want to create, even the routes I will walk my dogs throughout the day—I love conceptualizing the events of my day and in doing so, I create ideas which become reality.

5 tips for creating a nurturing home space?

Use natural lights as much as possible, like floor to ceiling windows. Utilize plants to filter the air and add color. Get rid of clutter - Less is more! One statement piece is all you need to make a statement. Put up art that speaks to you— something meaningful. Soften hard floors (wood/tile) with a vintage/fainted colored rug.

Travel essentials!

Camera, bikini, and a black dress. I always like to have a short black dress because I can class it up with a pair of heels or make it a casual outfit with some sandals, so that’s a staple in my luggage. Regardless of the time of year, every hotel has a hot tub, so my bikini always comes with me. And of course, my camera which has allowed me to really appreciate where I am and experience its beauty.
