My Messy Process
I throw it all in the blender and do a happy dance for 10 seconds, yelling my gratitudes to start the day. We call it the “Blender Dance.” Setting those intentions makes my day run smoothly. I recommend replacing your kid’s cereal or empty breakfast with a big ol’ chocolate (cacao) protein shake. Helps their focus, clarity and energy level all day.
