The Ultimate ORIGIN Smoothie

Superfood Smoothie Protein Meal: 



2 tbsp hemp seeds

2 scoops protein powder

1 tbsp cacao

1-2 cups non-dairy milk

3-6 drops of stevia (optional)

1 tsp turmeric

1 pinch of pepper (to activate turmeric)

1 tbsp spirulina

1 tbsp chlorella

1 tbsp barley grass (optional)

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp coconut oil (optional)

1 tsp almond butter

1 dropper CBD oil (I take higher dosages for anxiety + inflammation)

1-2 ice cubes (optional)

Add berries, greens or your fav fruit (optional)


My Messy Process

I throw it all in the blender and do a happy dance for 10 seconds, yelling my gratitudes to start the day. We call it the “Blender Dance.” Setting those intentions makes my day run smoothly. I recommend replacing your kid’s cereal or empty breakfast with a big ol’ chocolate (cacao) protein shake. Helps their focus, clarity and energy level all day.
