o 1 beetroot
o 10 strawberries
o 1 small piece of ginger
o 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
o Ice cubes o Almond or coconut milk
• Put the beetroot, strawberries and ginger in the juicer (or mix it in a blender and pour it through a sieve).
• Pour the pink juice in a glass (add a little maple syrup if you like it sweet).
• Add a few ice cubes and finish with almond or coconut milk.
