Dreamy Herbal Iced Tea

Ingredients

Rooibos Tea

o 1 liter water

o 4 tea bags or 8 g rooibos

o 2 cinnamon sticks

o 1 organic orange, in slices

o 1 organic lemon, in slices

o 1 organic lime, in slices

o 4 to 6 tbsp maple syrup or cane sugar

o 5 cm fresh ginger, in slices

o Ice cubes for extra freshness

White Tea

o 1 liter water

o 4 tea bags or 8 g white tea

o 4 to 6 tbsp maple syrup or cane sugar

o Handful of fresh mint

o Handful of organic raspberries o Ice cubes for extra freshness

o Small handful of fresh lemon balm or a few slices of lime

Instructions

• Let the tea brew in hot, just-boiled water for a few minutes. Remove tea bags and add the sugar. Let it cool completely.

• Give it flavor by adding the fruit and herbs.

• Chill the ice tea in the fridge. Add ice cubes just before serving.

• Serve with extra slices of fruit and fresh herbs
